Hi Stephen,
I’m not sure if this is the proper forum to ask you a question. Anyway I was hoping you can help me on my problem. When i do day-end processing an error appears ‘Invoice Invalid list choice put to field ‘Tax Reporting Calculate Method.’ which happens when processing OE invoices.
Thanks
Vince

Probably worth running the data integrity checker on I/C and O/E. See what it turns up. Otherwise you will probably need Sage Customer Support to help out.

Hi Stephen,
I trust you are doing well. Stephen, I work for a financial institution as a BI developer and have been tasked to import the GL / AR / AP / CB etc into the data warehouse as part of our Financial Data Mart project. The ACCPAC system is currently installed on a SQL Server 2008 instance. I have been looking everywhere for an object model document that explains to me how the different tables join together when queried via SQL but with no luck.
If you could point me in the right direction then I would greatly appreciate it.
Kind regards,
Colin

You can find our Application Object Model at: https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com/irj/go/km/docs/sageKM/Sage%20Accpac%20ERP/Assets/AOM/Advantage.xml, you need to access this using IE (it doesn’t seem to render in other browsers). Also check out the various application data model blog postings I have under the “Accpac 5″ articles.

Hi Stephen,
Thanks for your reply. The link is pretty cool as it shows me all of the tables, however I’m not sure if I’m missing something because I can’t seem to find the object model that shows which tables are related to others (in an ERD format). Is there such a thing?

Colin

I don’t think anything like that is currently posted. That’s why I was recommending the various data flow Accpac 5 articles since they give some idea of how things are connected.

Thanks Stephen. I’ll work my way through the Accpac 5 articles then as suggested. Thanks for your help.

Colin
